The TOS subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of TrueWebHoster Networks, a change in policy shall not be grounds for early contract termination or non-payment. Customer recognizes that the nature of the service supplied and the initial rates and charges have been communicated to Customer. The Customer is aware that from time to time rates may change based on availability of hardware and overall market fluctuations, if a change is going to in any way alter the recurring monthly bill of a customer, it will be communicated prior to actual billing.
By registering with us or by using our services, you warrant that:
You have attained the age of eighteen years (18) or you are older than 18 years. The services provided by TrueWebHoster are intended solely for people who are eighteen years (18) or older. If any user under the age of eighteen (18) years access to the services violates this Agreement.
If you are using these services on behalf of any third party, you agree that you are authorized to act on the behalf of the other party binding it to this agreement and that you are authorized by other party for the actions you take in connection with the services.
You are responsible to provide us you accurate, current and complete information as desired on the registration form. The information includes you valid email ID, different from the domain you sign up under. We require this email ID to contact you in case of an abuse issue or in time of need to contact you. You are responsible to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and updating of the information of your account including domain accounts at all times.
You agree to be fully responsible for the use of your account and any other actions that may take place via your account. You are responsible to maintain the security and confidentiality of your password for your account and any other such information related to the security of your account with us.
Only all hosting services rendered by TrueWebHoster Networks are eligible for a limited refund. Refund covers the Hosting service plan itself, and does not include any other services such as ssl certificate, domain registration etc. Refunds are only offered within 25-days of account registration, and only applies to the first service of a new client. Additional orders are not eligible for a refund. For example, if you've had an account with us before, canceled and signed up again, or if you have opened a second account with us, you will not be eligible for a refund. Violations of this Agreement will waive your rights under the refund policy. Services that are suspended or terminated due to non-compliance of the TOS are not eligible for refunds. Refunds will be applicable for valid reason only which can't be solved by us. If you do misbehave with the Support Team (over Chat/Ticket/Phone/Email) that will also waive the refund policy.
In the event fraud is discovered, the fraudulent customer is subject to immediate suspension/termination at the sole discretion of TrueWebHoster Networks. All information available to TrueWebHoster Networks about the fraudulent account will be submitted to both local authorities, as well any financial institutions involved. All fraud orders are investigated, and all fraudulent customers will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, whether it is within the United States, or abroad.
